Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Policy

1. Fraud Prevention & Order Authorization

By placing an order on our store, you confirm that the payment details provided are legally yours and authorized for use. We actively monitor all transactions for potential fraudulent activity. Any order flagged for suspicious activity may be delayed, put on hold, or canceled at our sole discretion.

2. Malicious Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

We take fraudulent chargebacks ("friendly fraud") very seriously. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our customer support first to seek resolution, or filing a false dispute after receiving the ordered merchandise, constitutes fraudulent activity.

3. Evidence & Investigation

In the event of a chargeback dispute, we reserve the right to provide full order documentation to payment processors, issuing banks, card networks, and relevant legal/regulatory authorities. This documentation includes, but is not limited to:

IP addresses and geolocation logs at the time of purchase.

Order confirmation and shipping tracking logs with proof of delivery (carrier signature, delivery photo, or tracking status updates).

Customer support communication and email correspondence.

4. Collection & Legal Remedies

If a fraudulent or unauthorized chargeback is initiated:

We reserve the right to recover the full disputed amount along with any administrative fees, legal costs, or chargeback fees incurred ($15–$25+ per incident).

Unpaid fraudulent accounts may be referred to third-party collection agencies or reported to international fraud databases and law enforcement authorities.

Future orders placed using the same IP, shipping address, or payment credentials will be permanently blocked.

5. Contact for Resolutions

If you experience any issues with your order, delivery, or product quality, please contact us directly at [KimberlySpencer4394@outlook.com

] before reaching out to your bank. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues quickly and fairly.
